A LOCAL FAMILY, HERE FOR YOURS.We’ve been there.
We’ll be here.
Hi, we’re Katie and James. We know that finding care is about so much more than finding a community.
It’s your mom’s morning routine. Your dad’s sense of independence. The peace of mind that comes from knowing someone is looking out for them.
As a registered nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner, Katie brings 15 years of healthcare experience. As a family, we bring our own experience navigating care for the people we love.
A little more about usFrom “where do we start?”
to “we’ve got this.”
First, we listen.
A 15–30 minute conversation about your loved one, what matters to them, and what your family needs.
Find your options.
We help narrow the search to 2–3 local communities that fit your needs and preferences.
Visit with confidence.
We join you on tours, help ask the right questions, and talk through your options together.
Feel supported after.
From move-in arrangements to checking in afterward, we stay alongside your family.
Katie took the time to not only tour the facilities for us, she knew exactly which questions to ask with our parent. It was a breath of fresh air during a very stressful time.

Ask Katie a questionIs there a cost to our family?
Shore Senior Placement offers its placement guidance at no cost to families. The cost of a senior living community or other care is separate. Ask Katie to explain how the service works and discuss your budget.
What if we don’t know what type of care we need?
That is a good place to start. In your first conversation, we’ll talk about your loved one’s day-to-day needs, preferences, and current situation, then help you understand which options to explore.
Do you help with memory care?
Yes. Katie is a registered nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner. She helps families explore memory care communities and consider questions about daily routines, support, and the transition.
Can you come with us on community tours?
Yes. We can accompany your family on tours, or visit on your behalf if you’re unable to attend. We help you ask questions and compare what you learn.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, including Manasquan, Wall Township, Freehold, Brick Township, Toms River, and surrounding Jersey Shore communities.
What happens after we choose a community?
We help your family navigate the transition, including paperwork and introductions to local moving and related services when needed. We also follow up after move-in.
